Our Mission

Property data should be free. It’s publicly funded, publicly collected, and publicly owned. Yet most platforms charge hundreds of pounds a year for access to the same government data we all paid for. PropertyPulse exists to change that. We believe everyone — homebuyers, renters, investors, and researchers — deserves free access to comprehensive property intelligence.

HM Land Registry Price Paid Data — Every residential property transaction in England and Wales since January 1995. Updated monthly.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) — Over 20 million EPC records from the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.

Environment Agency Flood Data — Flood zone mapping across England, helping you assess flood risk before buying.

CCOD & Ownership Data — Commercial and Corporate Ownership Data from HM Land Registry for transparency into property ownership.
