1. What We Collect

PropertyPulse collects minimal data. When you create an account, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. We do not store your password in plain text.

When you browse the site, we log anonymised page views (URL path, hashed IP address, user agent) for analytics purposes. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioural profiling.

2. How We Use It

Your data is used solely to provide the PropertyPulse service: authenticating your account, saving your preferences, and generating aggregated analytics to improve the platform. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie (pp_session) to keep you logged in. We use one localStorage key (pp_cookies) to record your cookie consent preference. That’s it. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no third-party trackers.

4. Property Data

Property information displayed on PropertyPulse is sourced from publicly available government datasets (HM Land Registry, EPC Register, Environment Agency). This is public data and its display on PropertyPulse does not constitute collection of personal data.

5. Data Security

All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor of 12. Session IDs are regenerated periodically to prevent fixation attacks. We follow OWASP security best practices.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account from your account settings, or email us at privacy@interlink.digital. We will respond within 30 days.
